At first I was a little reluctant to use Bill because he is a small business. What I found is that he spent much more time with us attending to detail and getting a good feel for what we wanted. He did an outstanding job of getting us ready for sale. The photographer/videographer he used was far better than I ever expected. Bill had people clamoring to see our house with more than 50 showings in the first three days after it was posted and we sold the house for far more than I ever expected.
