Bill has lived and worked in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro for over 30 years and in Eden Prairie for over 20 years. He is a husband and father of two daughters. He is invested in the community. He was a teacher at Forest Hills Elementary soon after graduating. He was the Head Coach of the Eden Prairie Girls Swimming and Diving Team for 2 years and a member of the Eden Prairie Rotary Club for 2 years.

Bill graduated from St. Olaf College with an Economics Degree and went on to study at the Carlson School of Business for 2 years. He has been a Realtor for 20 years and has been the Owner and Broker of Bloomberg Real Estate since 2010. Most recently, Bill has become one of the only, if not the only, licensed Mortgage Loan Originators in Minnesota. His license is held by NEXA Mortgage, the nation's largest mortgage broker that works with over 240 lenders.

Bill works with both buyers and sellers. His transactions range from a few thousand dollars to a few million dollars. In his career, Bill has conducted almost 250 transactions worth over $100 million. How much a home is worth or how many homes he sells does not matter as much as the people he works with.
